  1. If I sign up to the newsletter will I be subjected to Nigerian bank loan offers, Viagra or ‘totally up for it’ Russian girlfriends?
    Fear not, we won’t pass your details on to any third party. We only use your email address to send you notices of new shirts and special promotions we’re running. If you change your mind and don’t want to receive such email, just unsubscribe from our list.
  2. What is your preferred method of payment?
    Our site is currently operated as a Paypal merchant site. PAYPAL ACCEPTS Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You do not need to be a Paypal member to pay using your credit card, although it’s free and easy if you do if you want to sign up. You can bypass the Paypal sign up process as you are going through the check-out process by clicking on the button that says, “If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click here," which will take you through check-out Is Paypal safe and secure you ask? Yes. Paypal utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create the safest and most secure on-line transaction system.   3. Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
    Customers in the UK can pay by cheque or postal order. Cheques must be made payable to Hogbitch Promotions. Orders will not ship until the cheque or postal order has been cleared. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this facility to overseas customers due to the differences in exchange rates.
  4. Can I return an item?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your T shirt or hoody, email us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Our email address is returns@hogbitch.co.uk
  5. Do you print large orders/hen and stag nights etc
    Yes, please contact us at sales@hogbitch.co.uk for details. Any numbers, individual names etc we can do no worries.
  6. I have an idea for a t-shirt, what are you going to do about it?
    Send your design or idea to us at sales@hogbitch.co.uk and if we like it we’ll print it up and send you a free t-shirt.
  7. What t-shirts do you use?
    We use heavyweight pre-shrunk t-shirts using brands such as Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and Fanshirts.
  8. What are your shipping methods?
    Shipping to UK is just £1.95. We use the Royal Mail's first class service, so delivery should be with 1-2 working days of despatch. Shipping to European countries there is a charge of £3.00. We ship using Airmail and delivery time is normally 5-10 days.
    For countries outside the EU, including the United States, Canada and Australia, there is a charge of £4.00. We ship using Airmail and delivery time can vary but is usually within 2 weeks
